Transformational Coaching with Laura is very much soul - aligned and intuitively led, incorporating a whole range of healing and spiritual modalities to ensure true transformation on a deep soul level. We use the online session time to dive deep into what life is reflecting for you and we work with universal consciousness which will then confirm with clarity and synchronisations to you in your every day life. Progress will be obvious when you notice yourself feeling different, and reacting and responding different and ultimately asking yourself the question - 'WHO EVEN AM I NOW?!'

Why should I choose to work with Laura?
I have been on the most insane journey of transformation myself. I have learned a huge amount of knowledge, skills and wisdom along the way and have trained in several deep healing and spiritual modalities. I use all of these techniques on myself so I fully know the profound effect that these modalities have. I also incorporate my unique soul and spiritual gifts, infusing spiritual and galactic deep healing into my sessions. You'll find plenty of coaches online who have been in the space a lot longer than me, but you'll struggle to find one who has experienced such profound transformation in a short time like I have.
I’m not sure I can afford it right now.
Making the decision to spend money on ourselves is one of the hardest things we do, but also one of the most significant steps to take. Our subconscious is always looking to keep us safe, and a journey of expansion and growth is a huge 'unknown' so of course your subconscious will want to stop you, and money is by far the most common excuse it'll make! For me, making the decision to invest thousands on my first coach back in 2021 was the hardest thing I did (as a mum who would never spend on herself) but that also demonstrated to myself and to the universe that I AM WORTHY of change and transformation, which was reflected back almost immediately.
Change has to start with you - drop into your heart, move away from your head and listen to your intuition.
What return on investment can I expect?
All of my clients are blown away by the transformations they have after working with me. I cannot promise you miracles (because we don't yet know what your soul is here to experience) but I can promise that if you follow my guidance you'll be moving away from repeating patterns, feeling way more happy, free, aligned, confident and probably find yourself repeatedly saying 'who even am I?' As you notice your way of being completely changing. You'll be connecting with your spirit team, aligning with your higher self and well on your way to transforming every area of your life.
I’m not sure if the mentoring will work for me.
One of the reasons I love working with with my clients is because none of us have any idea of our true potential! We've lived under the labels we put on ourselves and identities we assume. We have these deep deep 'unworthy' stories and I just love helping my clients to peel back the layers to understand just how incredible you really are! It can feel like a scary journey, but together I promise you, you will be amazed when you realise your true potential.

What if I need support in between calls?
I use a voice note app to message my 1:1 clients, where you are able to drop me a voice note whenever you need to. I aim to respond within 24 hours between 9am and 5pm weekdays, so I am quite literally on the end of the phone for you!

As we move through life we accumulate a huge amount of limitations and we hold onto many low vibrational and negative thoughts and beliefs, most of which are completely hidden from our awareness.
Life experience reflects it all to us, and when we access that level of awareness and learn to read life, we have a choice to lean into and integrate what's there.
Since discovering this, I've been on an incredible journey of self-discovery, self-healing and transformation which has led me to what I do today; to help you to do the exact same!
Healing and releasing what's held in our energetic bodies helps us to discover who we truly are without limitation. We create space in our energetic field to allow our divine Higher Selves to integrate - activating our dormant DNA and allowing our soul gifts to integrate.
